Abstract

  • In August 2023, foreign tourist visits to Sumatera Barat through the Minangkabau International Airport entrance were 5,577 visits, an increase of 12.76 percent compared to the previous month. 
  • The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Sumatera Barat in August 2023 was 47.86 percent, a decrease of 8.41 points compared to the previous month's TPK. 
  • The ROR for non-star hotels in Sumatera Barat in August 2023 was 18.60 percent, down 2.51 points compared to the previous month's ROR. 
  • The average length of stay for guests at star-rated hotels in August 2023 was recorded at 1.38 days, down 0.33 days compared to the previous month
