Abstract

  • The value of exports originating from Sumatera Barat in December 2023 was US$163.35 million, a decrease of 29.91 percent compared to exports in November 2023. 
  • The class of goods most exported in December 2023 was the animal/vegetable fats & oils (HS 15) amounting to US$128.50 million, followed by the various rubber products and rubber goods category (HS 40) amounting to US$11.36 million, and the vegetable materials category (HS 14) amounting to US$7.05 million. 
  • The import value of Sumatera Barat in December 2023 was US$30.64 million, a decrease of 19.38 percent compared to imports in November 2023. 
  • The largest category of imported goods in December 2023 was mineral fuels (HS 27) amounting to US$18.57 million
